Carrot Cubes
Well, Ethan is in Dallas and all 5 of his interviews will be on friday, so today he getting a tour of the area. They put him up in a really nice hotel. I started reading Marjorie Pay Hinckley's 'Letters' book. I was pleasantly surprised. I started yesterday and I am halfway through. I decided to turn off the TV and read a book. Ethan and I have been watching too much TV lately, it's been taking over our lives! And let me explain the picture. I decided to make my own baby food so I cooked a bunch of carrots, blended them with a little water and put them in ice cube trays to freeze and popped them out into a bag so I can just grab a cube, warm it up and feed it to Logan. He had his first one today, I think I am going to have to use 2 cubes though, cuz he eats a lot.

The carrot cubes look very tasty. You can do the same thing with peas and squash and fruit too. Very econimical. You just can't beat a good book! My problem is that when I start one I don't want to put it down. When is Ethan coming home? I thought he'd be back by Fri.
His plane arrives friday night at 9:15ish.

Mmmmmm. I bet those would taste good dropped in some of that Jones Turkey and Gravy Soda.
