What's for dinner?!

Okay this may not look like much, but Ethan and I are very proud of it. Chicken and mashed Butternut Squash. The chicken was coated with flour, parmesan cheese, onion powder, garlic salt, then milk, then bread crumbs. And the squash was cooked then we added milk, butter and brown sugar. It was very good.

It looks really good to me! I love butternut squash, and you need to send me the recipe for the chicken coating. I have a great recipe for a drink called Brazilian lemonade; very good! I sent Logan a package yesterday.

ooh, Logan will be waiting for his package, thanks. I'll send you the recipe, it's super easy.

MMM it sounds delish. As I've learned from my chef-boyfriend, you can make the presentation better with smaller plates (so there isn't so much extra space) or some leafy crap on the sides as "garnish." Not that I would ever do that myself, but, it's a suggestion.

Ethan said that right after I took the picture "we should have used smaller plates"

Or you could have made more. What lightweight would that fill up? Don't make me call Ethan up and tell him he eats like a girl!!

What was the spoon for?

Tristan wants to know if you were drinking Ecto Cooler.

For some reason I don't like using a fork with mashed potato-like things. Only a spoon. And that is just lemonade.

You'll have to send me the recipe for that chicken as well!
