Apple peeler
Here is my new apple peeler I got for my birthday. It just came in the mail and I started using it imediately. It's a thin slice of steel that you turn around your apple it slices it and cuts around the core. It's pretty much the raddest thing ever!

LOOKS GREAT. I have an appliance that does that -- that I have to set up. So I don't know which would be the easiest. Looks like fun also.
