Look what we got for Christmas!

All I wanted for Christmas were 2 little boys.

Blue Grandma sent us a big box of presents and Logan had fun playing with the peanuts.

...

I did not have fun cleaning them up all over my living room.

On a side note, I took Gavin to his 9 month check up yesterday and he was underweight. At his 6 month appointment he weighted 17 lbs and 3 months later he weighs 17.2 lbs. So the doctor wants me to add some formula after I nurse him and add an extra jar of baby food during the day sometime. Then he wants to see him in 6 weeks to see if he has been gaining weight.

I guess I can't call him my chubs any more...he's got those cheeks, so I still will :)

I think the whole "underweight" thing generally varies among doctors. Your 9 month old weighs more than my 14 month old -- no, I'm not kidding. Every time I take my skinny little girl in for a check-up, the doctor assures me that she is just fine. Still, I'm always worrying. It's just part of being a mom I guess.

Good luck puttin' on the pounds! :)

He's still healthy...I wouldn't worry about it too much . =) And yah, those things are fun, but I hate cleaning them up!

I am sure Gavin is just fine. Max is still barely 16 lbs. He had to go up to the hospital for a bunch of tests last week, but all is fine. I wouldn't worry too much about it, Gavin is perfect!

After all the hype about obese kids in America, I don't mind having one on the smaller end of the spectrum.

Hey have you seen BOLT? Well in the movie Bolt he thinks that the packing peanuts ZAP his powers. Is that why I don't see SPIDEY? You are a fun mom for letting your BOYS play in the peanuts.

Cute, I'm sure they had a blast. And as long as Gavin is still his happy self, I wouldn't worry too much. Bring on the fatty foods!

Gavin looks perfect. I agree that different doctors have different ideas about weight. So I think he is just fine.

Ha! Awesome. While I've been working at Santa Photo, I heard one little boy say the cutest thing:

Santa: What do you want me to bring your for Christmas?

Boy: Presents!

Santa: What type of presents?

Boy: A box!

That picture of the two of them in the box is cute. What percentile is Gavin in for his weight? That doesn't seem underweight to me at all but I have girls so I don't know how it works for boys. His cheeks totally throw me off though because he looks like a chubby boy to me!
