Vulture?

I came home from the workout today and saw this in our street. I think it might be a turkey vulture.
I don't know. It had an enormous wingspan though when it flew away.

Jane transitioned from her cradle to the crib this week, which means Gavin transitioned from the crib to the toddler bed.
I finally got to use the cute crib sheets my mom made. They match the quilt she made her too.

I think that's what fell into my yard last year! Matt thought it was a pigeon, but it looked NOTHING like a pigeon.

That is creepy, there are always interesting/freakish things in your neighborhood!! Love Jane's sheets!

Yup, that's a turkey buzzard. They are yucky looking things! Jane is getting so big! Did Gavin stay in his toddler bed?

It is indeed a Turkey Vulture. I met one at the Wild Bird Center in Boise. It was freaky looking, but hilarious and fun. I wish I could see cool birds like that all the time!
